And to enquire into a complaint made by the Master of the British Steamship "Nanshan" Nr. 87190 of London against Agawa and Obubo of the said ship for wilful and continued disobedience of lawful command and of combination so to disobey.
That is to say for the hearing of a complaint touching the conduct of Kubata Kantaro, Sitaro Yataro, Sira Inokichi, Mori Kubataro, Kumamoto, Airasawa Janyakichi, Yasuda, Janobi Markichi, Agawa and Atsubo, members of the crew of the British Steamship "Nanshan" Nr. 87190 of London.
And whereas the offences of which the said Kubata Kantaro, Sitaro Yataro, Sira Inokichi, Mori Kubataro, Kumamoto, Hirasawa Janyakichi, Yasuda, Janobi Markichi, Ogawa and Obubo are offences against the Merchant Shipping Act 1854 in respect of which two justices would if the case were tried in the United Kingdom have power to convict summarily.
And whereas the said Court having caused the said Kubata Kantaro, Sitaro Yataro, Sira Inokichi, Mori Kubataro, Kumamoto, Hirasawa Janyakichi, Yasuda, Janobi Mackichi, Ogawa and Obubo to be summoned before it and the said Kubata Kantaro, Sitaro Yataro, Sira Inokichi, Mori Kubataro, Kumamoto, Hirasawa Janyakichi, Yasuda, Janobi Maokichi, Agawa and Obubo having appeared and the said Court having heard evidence in relation to the offence aforesaid, and having heard what the said Kubata Kantaro
